This has to be the most confusing and badly built UI. Asking me to confirm during a confirmation after confirming multiple times.
Also a lot of the answers for questions or “this or that” never a third option or way to input something else.
Needs much more work and polishing before trusting that it’ll help people that are unfamiliar with doing their taxes.
I’ve already been declined by the IRS following the steps on here and last years we completely messed up and took a whole year to process.
Needs redesigned so badly.
