TurboTax was unable to read information off of uploaded 1099-Rs and 1099-INT. Info had to be manually added to forms. This has not happened in previous years.
Customer support person Ebony provided excellent service in fixing the forms so that I could proceed to e-file.

The two tax prepares I tried online were not easy

Do not like this new form. Can not get to where I want to be, although it is listed on the screen. The program runs me in a circle, which I can't fix. Received a message saying I did not file through Turbo Tax, which I did.
