Turbo Tax System Needs Improvements

I encountered significant difficulty navigating AZ Form 309. Initially, I intended to claim credit using this form, but after further research, I realized I likely did not need it and subsequently deleted it from the system. However, during the final review, the system continued to flag errors related to this form, requiring additional information even after its deletion. Furthermore, the system provided minimal guidance on what information was necessary for the form. After spending several hours trying to resolve the error, I eventually just threw my hands up and just completed the form to the best of my ability using external AI and other resources outside of TurboTax. I find that it is extremely challenging to contact TurboTax support for troubleshooting without paying an extra fee for a "live tax expert."
