The Disadvantages and Advantages of using TurboTax

The software from TurboTax can cause issues for people who are not familiar with the software for documents that need to be retrieved for further processing. Also, the pricing is high for filing taxes with assistance because people need it to be able to file cheaper. However, there is ease in filing for processing W-2 forms and other forms of documentation when calculating the refund.

High service fee

I think the service fee is a little too high. Plus the fees for filing seem to be outrageous for a simple filing.
