TurboTax Has a lot of hidden Fees

There are too many fees that are charged at the end of the filing. It does not make any sense why there are two separate fees that need to be paid. I am not sure why I keep using Turbo Tax to file. I am going to be looking else where to file next year. I am not paying someone else to do my taxes. I am the one filing so there should be maybe only one fee which would make sense for it to be the $40.00 Processing fee, but being charged $78.00 for something that was not clarified is baffling.

Turbo Tax Preferred Over H&R Block

I have used Turbo Tax for awhile now. For my children I use a competing service, so I am able to compare the two. I much prefer TT as it has a very good interface, walks you through slowly and steadily, checks for a wide variety of potential savings, and overall is a much more pleasant experience than H.R. Block. My taxes tend to be a little more complex, so I appreciate the deeper dives into option and the fact that it loads previous year information is a plus. The filing options are fantastic, including the select your own date to file and being able to debit your bank account directly. Overall a great service

I think you and the IRS have gone out of your way to make it as complicated as possible
and l inputted the wrong AGI why do you think any of the other information would change My name didn't change or the method for paying why did i have to go through that again it just stupix
