My Turbo tax customer service rep was awesome. So easy to understand and his quick 'vision' helped us finally resolve the problem that we kept stumbling over. The zip code was not correct (KS) for the State of KY even though I have sent the same form in for years.

Married Filing Separately Snafu

WE files married filing separately last year but htis year after checking the same status, TurboTax filed one form as single and messed up our acceptance with the IRS and state. We had to get on a call with a manager to figure out the problem and then refile.

All was well, had a small issue with my address, reached out for help, got a call really quick and the issue was resolved. Customer service was nice quick and speedy and knew what they were doing, and very kind. My only issue is the cost of filing. Wish it was free or much lower price.
