If there is ever a class action lawsuit I will be part of it. I said I wanted free tax services and by the time I checked out after this grueling process that you purposely make that way to the point someone wants to tap out at the end. My refund was 21 buck after you wanted $120. How is that when I keep sayin I don't want extra service?

I could not compare items from previous years. I do think there was more submit buttons on the same screen without having to scroll down like last year. I like that it saves data when you go out of the program.

"free" is false advertising. it is never free.

stop advertising it is free. it is not. i only use because it is easy. but i am still disappointed every-time. as soon as i find something actually free or cheaper i am never using again.
