Kind of to many pop ups asking me if I want to upgrade when I stated each time I did not. That kind of felt like you all are over doing it in that regard.

Don't Be Fooled (Hidden Fees)

They don’t disclose the hidden fees until after you’ve signed. When it’s time to file, that’s when you finally see the extra charges. If I had known there was a $40 service fee just for using my refund as payment, I wouldn’t have agreed to it. But they don’t tell you until the very last step, and you cant change once you've signed. After countless times of using turbotax; this will be the last time I file with them.

I don't understand how one ends up paying over $100 after clicking on the FREE version! You give no option to continue to free version, only to the upgrade version! Very disappointed!

I always file with Turbotax. It makes it convenient for me. The only downside I have is the fact that they say they are a free filing service but charges you to file and process your return. that's why I rated it the way I did. other then that I enjoy Turbotax.
