Somehow I Always Get Deluxe

I'll be honest, if I had intended to purchase the Deluxe, I would've given it 5 stars. Due to the fact that I was hoping to evade any additional costs in this year's return (by diligently evading those colorful upgrade buttons) I am pleasantly surprised to find I somehow still wound up with Deluxe as a purchased product. I am hopeful it protects me against any possible required corrections, etc. I paid for this assistance along with the fees for federal processing, equating to a total of 118$. Better than having someone file for me, certainly, but I would suggest being sure you need the assistance before tacking it on. It is a nice algorithmic helper.

I was super stressed over a mistake I made through my taxes this weekend and needed help . I had a nice and very professional person help me get through it. I wish I could have got her name to blow her name out there and let everyone know how great she was. I have a case # 1544210901 of this experience.
