TurboTax is easy to use!

TurboTax has always been easy to use! People are often surprised when I tell them that I do my taxes myself using your service. The only thing I dislike is being charged extra for using my refund to pay for the service. Other than that, the service is great! I just got off the phone with one of your representatives; she was helpful and knew how to solve my problem. We were on the phone for no more than two minutes.

It is fairly easy to use but I don't like how it makes it feel like you have no other option than to upgrade to more expensive options. It makes me wonder if there is actually anyway to do it for free. It also makes it seem like you are going to pay 1 price only to find out it is a different price at the very end. It should be disclosed at the very beginning.
