Easy to Use

TurboTax makes taxes easy to do. I've never had an issue with them in my 5 years of using it. Super quick and super easy.
Only ever had one negative experience which was that I was not messaged about my return denial, but I've been communicated with otherwise.

Smooth Experience Except id rather type my childcare form in myself, it was difficult to edit and i had to start over instead of seeing one box. Also i would like to see a ticker and an option to see itemized vs standard deductions.

Turbo Tax is always up to date with tax changes

I have used Turbo Tax for almost 20 years. In between that time there were different scenarios in filing the returns including having a small business for 10 of those years and including the death of my husband three years ago. No matter what the circumstances, filing taxes with Turbo Tax has been easy, reliable and accurate.
