Disapponted this Year with the Service

I really like doing my taxes with Turbotax. I do them ever year with Turbotax however you guys are saying I didn't file with you guys in 2024 and I know I did because I even upgraded to deluxe for assistance. I'm alittle disappointed because this has caused me alot of grieve on this year's taxes.
