The upgrade to purchase Deluxe was confusing. If you do pay for it the you loose money and I'm not in a position to loose a penny.

My experience is very positive. However, in early stages, I would have preferred the program to be downloaded and I could easily access it at any time on my computer. Near the end, the simplicity became apparent. One thing I appreciated is that the program moved me toward standard deduction quickly and saved me a lot of time.

We use turbo tax every year and it is fast and easy to use and also cost efficient. I would recommend it if you haven't tried it yet.
