Turbo tax is good

We had a turbo tax assistant that helped us finish the return when your AI robot did nothing but anoy us.

Even though we're retired and have no W2 forms the ability to enter investment (1099) data was available and easy to use.
While it wasn't explicit it would have been more convenient for me if the forms could have been downloaded to my desktop. Filling in the info piece-by-piece as info became available was would have been more helpful if that could have been done on my desktop w/o having to login all the time
