Turbo tax is

I selected turbo tax because it connected t credit karma and it was free o so you said. Totally bait an switch to promote a free service, then near the end you surprise me with a 40 dollar processing fee. Not expected on a free service, but OK. then you surprise me with another fee. A 79 dollar fee now, WOW. This experience would have been differently if this was expressed up front.

I thought we were friends Turbo Tax?

I have used Turbo Tax for years, next year, I might try something else, as the price keeps going up, and I did some family taxes and the price was less, there need to be more transparency in the pricing, and then I got the end and I was able to pay my state tax due with a credit card, like it's both have to be paid with the same method, I don't like that as I know I paid last year with a credit card. Boo Turbo Tax, kind of disappointed in you this year, I thought we were friends? Last minute April 15th friends!
