Never Again: The Hidden costs of TurboTax

This is rife with hidden costs that seem purposefully invisible until the moment you are finished with your return. It feels like a predatory manipulation tactic to force people into paying for basic tax services. No one should be paying 122 in order to file a basic non-itemized return. And the fact that there isn't any sort of "Opt out" for these premium services is part of that predatory behavior. Now in order to cancel premiums you must start your refund from the beginning. I will never use this service again. I will switch to Taxact or something else that doesn't cost $100 to file. You know for a fact that it is scummy to not have "remove services" buttons on your deluxe and premium packages. Until the manipulation stops I will never return to Intuit TurboTax services
