User friendly but hidden fees.

Filing was easy and they did assist with finding rebates and the helpful tips and definitions on the side were helpful. They did advertise as free but then as I progressed it cost $39 to file both state and federal each. When I went to set the option to take the filing fees to auto withdraw from refund they wanted to add on ADDITIONAL premium charge of $44 for a service I did not want. I would not give me another option unless I put in my credit care info and pay the fee upfront.
