Pretty straight forward most of the time. Prices are a bit high, but I guess is worth it than going in person to file the taxes and see somebody use it. I have not have any issues with their suggestions and plan to keep filing my own taxes. I've used TurboTax for the past 6 years.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby
