turbox tax did the trick

overall good experience with turbo tax. I feel like there were too many ads for different things to but. just trying to file taxes and be done.

TurboTax is slipping

Used TurboTax as long as I have been filing. The last couple of years I feel their software is not on par with their competitors. They are struggling to find past filings in some areas but not in others, which doesn't give me much confidence in the product. Next year I will be trying one of the others.

incredibly over complicated, had to file by mail because your crappy system kept telling by to use the number on line 11 and there isn't a freaking number on line 11 I will NEVER use your piece of crap again
