Simple steps and allows you to go through steps based on the prompts. But doesn't lock you into a loop of needless questions if you feel you are already somewhat versed in the topics "along the way". I like the dual Mobile app access to view along with the way

This was very smooth and easy going experience. I was able to navigate the site with a lot of ease and pick up where I left off if I needed to step away.
