Not a fan of the cost. I was told it’d be free and then charged me $39 per refund for federal and $39 for state as well as an extra $40 so I paid $118 in total fees. I doubt I will be using turbo tax again.

Quick and Easy

I’ve always been satisfied but now that I’m retired I don’t get a Federal refund. I only get a State refund. Last year and this year it was $84.00. Then I have to pay Turbo Tax $78.00 so actually I’m only getting $6.00. Wow! It would be nice if you wouldn’t charge people who get less than a $100.00 refund. Or at least only charge $39.00 for filing both Fed and State.
