I always think doing taxes is going to be complicated and time consuming, but Turbo Tax does so much for me, and it never takes as much time as I think it's going to take.

Turbo tax was fast and easy. I was able to do my return online, in my own home without having to pay higher fees for someone to do my taxes for me.

love the new updates the site was extremely easy to use and i really appreciate the explanation under the tabs as you are going through the filling process. since doing my taxes on the site this is the easiest and the quickest it has ever been for me to complete my tax returns.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Less emphasis on marketing and more honesty!

Being under financial stress, I don't find it amusing to advertise Free and then use every tactic in the marketing book to Squeeze more dollars off of individuals. Don't say it's free, that's not the reward, be honest, the reward is that individuals big or small can do thier taxes on their own and make it less stressful, thats real. and give more information and support rather than throw dollars at the marketers and comp. execs.
