LOST 2023 E-File Copy

I've filed taxes with Turbo Tax/Intuit for years. I always E-File and keep a copy of my tax returns, but for some reason misplaced last years. Even though I have confirmation emails from Turbo Tax showing return was e-file accepted, refund was on the way, and received refund. There is no copy in their database or IRS. Which means it was LOST. Last year using turbo tax.
