Pa tax return problem

Had a problem with Pa state return pa form O. Turbo tax seemed to be taking info form line 10 instead of line 9 as the form instructed. Could not find answer online and to talk to a live agent it said I had to upgrade, that is ridiculous since I couldn’t find answer online. I only owed $2 so I just went with it

I have used Turbo Tax many years. Mostly easy. Couple of situatiuons where i have to go to the internet for answers. I'm not fond of the upsell of 'help' products, but fairly easy to decline. Good value for the money as long as you have a simple tax situation.
