Frustrated with payment scam

When I was going to pay for deluxe, it added Max without me knowing and it just showed up on the receipt after the fact. Peeved about this, because I did not have that extra money to spend!

False advertisement

I was very pleased at first due to I was not getting charged but when I had issue's submitting some information it wanted me to pay $39. That was not fair when it was first free.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
