turbo tax sucks

federal taxes are supposed to be free with no charge but Turbo tax always finds a way to charge you for a service that should always be free no matter what. its hard to change your information like I have a new email address but have no way to update my information and your Turbo tax site would not allow me to click on the option to receive updates on my cell phone so why ask the customer which they prefer and then not allow you to make the necessary changes. plus when your finished filling in all your tax information about your job related expenses it will tell you there is an issue that needs correction but then never alllows you to correct the errors which then holds you up from filling your taxes. this needs to be corrected as I wasn't able to carry tax credit for my work related expenses or mileage usage cause of your defective website. pluis the refund was very insignifigant and should have be more than what Turbo tax had calculated
