False Advertising

Initially it started out great but then got far too complicated and required too many hoops to jump through at the end. Also, the product was advertised as "Free" but then charged me over $100. That false advertising should be illegal and I will never use this service again.

I'm very pleased with Turbo Tax! I was able to go through the filing pretty quick with their help and get my state and federal taxes done in no time. Wil definitely use again.
