Twice the Price

I did not order Deluxe and State Tax. I only ordered my state tax to be completed with federal. However, I could not change this once the filing was complete and I was at checkout.

GO back to old format

This new format didnt pull in my old information like I had been able to in the past. Definitely more confusing to use. Also, was able to use old format to file taxes for my children more easily and this was is more costly, Shame to have to pay so much to file for a child who doesnt make much

False and Misleading Advertisement

Turbo Tax implied that if you did not file with them the prior year, you would not be required to pay to file your taxes with them this year. at the end of entering all the required information, it forced me to pay for the "deluxe" package due to my return. This is highly false and misleading information. If i wanted to pay to file my taxes, I would have gone into an office to pay someone to file them for me. Will not be using their service for any further filings.
