Simple and Fast!

Very convenient and easy to use. You are walked through the entire process. The only negative is all the fees. I am willing to pay because it was a simple ordeal. Thank you, turbo tax.

Easy to use, but sneaky with fees

Feel like turbo tax tries to be sneaky with the fees, and ask to many times to upgrade making it very easy to accidentally upgrade, and made it look like I would still pay the processing fee when I tried to change it to pay now, rather than pay with return. It should be free to file taxes and it use to be an option but now turbo tax only shows the deluxe as the cheapest option.

Turbotax loves stealing money from you

How is it as an american i have to pay $118 to file taxes on this website because my taxes aren't "basic" taxes. very stupid and since it's LAW to file taxes it should be free to file the dang taxes while getting my full refund.

Sucks that it took $115 in fees and I dont understand why. It made me upgrade for a $22 tax break, costing me more money than it saved. Turbo Tax is a scam.

Energy Efficient Products

It's mostly great, however the question on purchase of energy efficiency products did not come up requiring me to file an amendment as i had forgot it was tax deductible if it met certain requirements

I was impressed until you nickel and dime us in the end. I thought i was only paying $39 and $39 for a total of $78. then you tack on another $40 in the end.
