Price is too high. And some of the questions are confusing. And you can't speak to someone unless you buy the more expensive package.

Ease of data entry, however it would not let me enter my name and date to finish transmitting my return. I brought up another copy of my income tax form, I receive a message showing that I had entered the data required. I never entered this information.

Turbo tax ripoff

You know when you going to the IRS free file and it shows TurboTax for free filling both federal and state
Taxes and you go to their website and you get bumped to deluxe and there's no way to get out of that and you have to pay a deluxe fee That's not right and that's the reason why I gave him two stars
