Good service

Meh, they got me an extra $20 on my federal, then took the rest in fees. Be cheaper to go to an accountant or just do it myself, but this is convenient, and I suppose worth the price of only 23 minutes in my PJs at home.
Turbo Tax has been doing my taxes for years and I have always been satisfied with them. It's not their fault I am poor all year but not poor enough to be showered with money at the end of the year like those poorer than me and not paying taxes at all. Also, not rich enough to not let it bother me because, hey we still have food to eat (because we don't). America, the land of the taxed to death....I mean "Free".
