TURBO IS A SCAMMING YOU BE CAREFUL

next year Im using another site. Through out the while filing process TURBO keeps sliding in their charge services. You have to be very careful I wished they put like alerts on their services so people knows its not part of the tax application. It is not until the end they slap you with fee's no CLEAR EXPLANATION to why they are charging you. I came across a question that asked if I wanted my return quickly. I press yes because those who don't want their taxes quickly life is too expensive and any help with bills is appriciated. This was the only question that I've never seen before that I've answered yes to. Then towards the end I was charged 88 bucks for turbo services I never agreed to any of their other services and yet after being told I was being charged 88 bucks it turned into 128. I click to expand the details to why I was being charged and there was nothing on there stating why. ITS SO SCAMMING and FRUSTRATING.

I have been using Turbotax for past ten years, it is very easy to use and over the years, it has been improved a lot, with tips on the side which is very helpful for you to understand what is going on.
