Turbo Tax still the best

I have used TT for many, many years and I must admit that this year was the most difficult. Nothing changed on our side, but for some reason it seemed less intuitive or "worded" confusingly.

I have always done my own taxes. In all the years I have used TurboTax I have never had any issues. This time I had errors I couldn't correct. Your live expert was very helpful and I was able to correct my errors.
