NOTHING IS FREE

Nothing is FREE. Why am I charged for using tax return money? Federal is not free. State is not free (which I expected.) BUT $40 fee to use tax return money to pay for $39 Federal and another $39 State. Not to mention I have to physically sign the PA Taxes...

this program was very easy to use. in years before, I have bought the turbo tax cd and install it on my computer
