Turbo Tax is not awesome...too cumbersome to use.

Turbo Tax on-line is not visually appealing. The color combination of the tax summaries is unappealing. It is cumbersome to use. The ability to easily review the 1040 and 540 forms is frustrating. The Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Worksheet does not appear anywhere and is not included the the final copy of the tax form. The Social Security Benefit worksheet to determine how much is taxable does not appear anywhere and is not included in the final tax form. The ability to see a final version of the tax form to ensure all the proper forms are included for my tax records is not provided. You can see what Turbo Tax includes in the final product only after you have paid...but the final product does not include all the forms I expect to see.
Overall it has been a very frustrating experience. The CD desktop version that I have been using for the past 10+ years has been so much easier to use than this on-line version. I've been very disappointed and most likely will not continue to use Turbo Tax on-line in the future. Would not recommend it to friends.
