You were slow, and overpriced. Because of you I am tecchnically late in filing even by minutes. If I get a penalty I am coming after you financially to pay for it.

I started out with a competitor's software, and it kept saying there was a W-2 error. I switched to TurboTax in the 11th hour, automatically imported the W-2s and got done in a little over an hour. Next year we'll use TurboTax from the start.
