Accurate and convenient

I was quite pleased with Turbo Tax. A few times I had difficulty finding the information I needed to continue with the process, but I feel very comfortable with the accuracy and overall ease.

I buy turbo tax yearly and did the same this year only to find out there is no longer a disc. I had trouble trying to enter the license agreement number. so I ended up paying for $55 for turbo tax and then again to file online. So it ended up costing me double the price
Pros: My employment status changed this year
