Turbo tax sucks now

This use to be a good service, but now you are focused on trying to up sale the customer that it slows down the process. I’ve used turbo tax since 1997, but now I’m going to start asking family and friends who they use.

turbo tax is awful

terrible to use after i paid didn't to to file taxes had to call customer service to send lin k to file then it didn't have address as to where to send the forms.
