I think my filing service should be free for several reasons:
1. I have been filing with turbo tax for more than 10 years
2. Retired Military
3. My wife and I are on social security

Misinformation, kept asking for things that were unnecessary. Promised free filing, but then made me pay to file. Even though it was a simple return.
