Why do you charge separately for fed and state!?!?

I honestly do not understand this "free" tax filing. Although helpful, it is horrendous to get money from people that barely make enough already so it should simply dumb down to a fee rather than an "upgrade". I think I have learned not to put my trust in these companies when they say they offer help. Maybe I wouldn't have been so upset if you did not charge this upgrade twice.

Fast and easy I love the convenience of doing it from home in my spare time vs going to an office and waiting forever to be seen do it at home for yourself

Ga tax return not amended for miscellaneous income

You did not adjust my ga income for the credit card home equity payment from mortgage refinance. I suggest you fix it while I am on the phone with the Ga team office after the 5 people lied to me about adding it and I had to call the irs to verify what to do

I am a return user and this was the easiest year yet using Turbo Tax. The program is easy to navigate. The help tips were clear and concise. I like having different options for entering information. I love having the ability to navigate anywhere in the process to view information entered as well as information needed throughout the process. Find the comparison to prior year helpful for planning purposes.
