It works good. However, it is advertised as free. It is not at all free.

Hidden fees and errors

I hate the hidden fees that get added at the end and can never find how to remove it. And this is the second year that my taxes were rejected, and we have to mail them. trying to fix the issue in not explained in a way to fix it easy.
