Excellent interaction with LIVE argents. I received a return call from a representative immediately! She answered my question and I was able to continue to complete my taxes. Highly recommended for the simple filer.

This is my first time using turbo tax. My sister in law recomended me turbo tax to do my own taxes, it was easy to do it on my own and the directions are easy to follow.

I've been using TurboTax for years and it's worked out great for me. However this was the 1st time I needed phone assistance because I was being charged $71 dollars after opting out of the Max. I could use Deluxe that was free. However, Deluxe charged me. After spending 2 hours on the phone with Cassandra she emailed me a service discount code of 20% off since we couldn't get pass the charges. That code didn't workout as well. Five stars for Cassandra trying diligently to help me along with Clarissa helping with the share screen experience. However Turbo Tax itself is 2 stars for the inconvenience of charging me.
