Used to be free. Now you nickel and dime me and won’t let me pay with my refund. Will never use again TurboTax. Used to be elite. Now you just scam like the others.

Took way too long. Used to be way cheaper to file to where it made sense to file online. Now I'm entering the same information over and over and then again at the end like you don't already have all this information. Only used cause it was more than hr.
