Easy to follow instructions & use. I have used Turbo Tax every year to submit both my federal and state taxes.

Clunky and Not a Smooth Pross

The process is not smooth and easily understandable. So many times I got caught in a cycle of reviews, which were corrected but the form just kept cycling. Irritating. Also, after paying the web site kicked me out and I wasn't able to retrieve where I left off. I had to search around for a phone number and then went through the process of getting an email to continue filing. Obviously this is a reoccurring issue or there would not be an automated 'fix'. Also, the system would not let me e-file & there was no explanation why I couldn't. If you are going to provide a pay service make it work properly

Easy to engage to do my taxes. I have been doing my taxes for about 4 to 5 years and it has been good experiences and my taxes came back in a timely manner.

Turbo tax

Normally the process of filing a tax return takes approximately 15-20 minutes. This year it took almost an hour with all of the additional questions that i do not remember from last year.

Have used this system for years and have always loved how easy it is to use. This year, I needed help with a 1095-A form and the live assistant was great help. She was already to guide me vthrough the issue I was having. Yes, the live assistant is an upgrade but it was worth it for the instant help. I highly recommend TurboTax. Two thumbs way way up.
