Fees not clear

I was very satisfied with your product until I got to the end with the charges. Nowhere did it state what my final payment would be until I put in my Credit Card info. I was under the impression that the charge would be $39. When my card went through I was charged $88 plus tax. I am very unhappy that I did not see the final charge before I submitted my payment.

Load times were awful. Received error msgs on multiple occasions. Also price is outrageous considering the poor service.

Way too expensive

It is way too expensive. I struggled to pay for the software, and then found out it would be another $40 to file. It costs nothing to efile taxes to gov outside of TurboTax, so why am I paying, that is just a money grab, and folks can’t afford to pay all these fees. I guess next time, I will flub thru the free IRS system……
