Bait and Switch

This will be my last year using TurboTax. I spent so many hours working on my taxes only to have Intuit pull a classic (and probably illegal) bait and switch at the very end. Now I understand why this company was taken to court and slapped with huge fines in the past.

IRS and State knows how much we owe or are owed, but Tax Prepers like Turbotax keep things complicated by paying corrupt politicians to make money.
