Turbo Tax is Crap!

Worst experience ever! Only the representatives were at least willing to try and help. But the website/app is horrible. I was told I would only pay $39 and i even started over and had a supervisor walk my thru step by step where I kept getting offered the delux version and even tho I kept selecting no when it came to pay boom i was upcharged the $44 for a total of 83 bucks! Just terrible. Well at least 3 hours later my taxes are filed and I have been defrauded!
