Filing taxes can be confusing but with the assistance of Patty ( Turbo Tax associate ) I felt we were able to properly file and get back the refund I deserved. Thankful

The Turbo tax system is easy to use. There are some small issues I encountered with the 1098 section. The points reference is a little confusing. The other is on the refund section. I went through it multiple times because the state refund would not go out of "waiting to file" status. I just gave up trying to change it and hope my refund actually arrives during the time chosen.
