I shouldnt have to pay to do all of the work to do my taxes. plus paying taxes to files my taxes. its a scam. it cost the same amt of have someone file my taxes for me.

I do not really like the new format. I feel like I just was conned. Bait and Switch!! It said State taxes were free if I upgraded to Deluxe but then charged me $39.00 more to file State Taxes. Next year I will try another tax service.
