Turbo Tax is more annoying

I've used Turbo Tax on-line for 30+ years. Every year, it says I did not file using Turbo Tax when asking for my previous year AGI. The reason I use Turbo Tax is so I do not have to pull up my previous tax docs from my computer. But apparently your AI generated software is getter stupider, not smarter.

Stop baiting me for higher fees and services.

We do not appreciate the multiple attempts to change fees and add services. This is confusing. Please stop doing this. I am going to look for a service that is more user friendly next year.
